Brightening the Season for Those in Need

The holidays are a joyous time of year, filled with family and friends. But they are also a time for reaching out to those who might be struggling, now or at any time throughout the year. That's why at The Bensman Group, we volunteer as a company at the holidays to serve those in need.

For the last several years, we have visited the Northern Illinois Food Bank (NIFB) in Park City, Ill., where we have helped to inspect, sort and pack food for the hungry. NIFB feeds more than half a million people -- including children, families and seniors -- in 13 counties in northern Illinois.

This year, the Bensman team packed 1,080 pounds of food, helping to provide 900 meals to our hungry neighbors. It is our way of honoring the real meaning of this very special season.

We also take this opportunity to wish all of you a joyful time with those you love, and happiness and health in the coming new year.
